1955 Jaguar XK140 MC 3.4-liter inline-six paired with a four-speed manual transmission with Laycock de Normanville overdrive. Features include dual SU carburetors, a tan soft top and parade boot, 16″ knock-off wire wheels, front disc brakes, Lucas driving lights, a burl walnut wood dash, Smiths instrumentation, and a Becker Europa II AM/FM stereo. The car was acquired by the seller in late 2012, and work performed since 2021 involved cleaning the carburetors, servicing the ignition components, and replacing the fuel tank. Replacement chrome-finished 16″ wire wheels are secured with two-eared knock-off spinners and mounted with 185-series Universal Sport tires. A full-size spare is stowed in the trunk. The independent front suspension was overhauled and powder-coated during the refurbishment, and the hardware was zinc-plated at that time. Braking is provided by discs with red-finished calipers up front and drums mounted at the rear.
