1968 Lamborghini Islero for Sale in CA

This 1968 Lamborghini Islero is a rare first-series example, one of only 125 built. Finished in its original Bronzo Scuro, the car features classic Bertone-designed bodywork with pop-up headlights, high-mounted bumpers, and quad exhaust outlets. A bullet-style driver-side mirror and 15″ Campagnolo cast-magnesium wheels with three-eared knock-offs complete the striking exterior. Power comes from a 3.9-liter V12 with dual overhead cams per bank and six Weber carburetors, delivering 320 horsepower through a five-speed manual transmission. The independent suspension uses double wishbones, coilover shock absorbers, and anti-roll bars front and rear, while servo-assisted disc brakes provide confident stopping. Inside, 2+2 seating is upholstered in tan leather with matching panels and carpeting. The cabin includes a wood-rimmed steering wheel, wood shift knob, Jaeger instrumentation, air conditioning, power windows, and shoulder belts.
