1968 Mercury Cougar 7-Litre GT-E 427ci V8. Dubbed the 7-Litre GT-E, all were also equipped with a twin-scoop hood, silver-gray lower accents, heavy-duty suspension, power-assisted front disc brakes, power steering, 14″ styled-steel wheels, and a Merc-O-Matic automatic transmission as standard.
